About GIT
Why Greenhouse Integrative Therapy?
Feeling stuck is hard. Fighting it alone is harder.
Greenhouses are built to provide a stable environment for growth in all seasons and conditions. At GIT we believe that each of us holds that same capability, no matter what the world or our choices pour down upon us. Greenhouse Integrative Therapy PLLC was created with the hope for growth through all circumstances life brings.
Our mission is to create space for people to be brave, so they can find healing, balance and flow, while learning how to find growth in all seasons of life.

Erin Green
My personal challenges throughout life led me to believe that the best thing we can hope to do is turn our 'mess into a message'. I became a therapist because I know what it is like to feel stuck and alone and I wanted to offer support to those who experience that. I have 8+ years of experience in high level care and outpatient settings with high risk adolescents and adults who experience trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, mood disorders, attachment wounds, relationship, behavioral and adjustment issues. I have a passion for understanding the brain, behaviors, and human development that pushes me to explore beyond the outward displays of distress how these elements interact in the big picture of each individual and family. I believe no person is broken, they just need to figure out the system they function in and identify the barriers that keep them from growing and thriving!
True progress in therapy starts with a trusting and effective working alliance, so you can expect me to focus on building a relationship with you, as this creates a space where you can feel brave enough to face challenges. I will never judge where you are and always hold space for whatever you are experiencing, while also pushing you to identify your barriers and what options you might have to overcome them. We are all human and I believe we are doing the best we can and we can always learn how to do better. Empathy, compassion, and grace work together to help us feel safe to self-reflect on how to grow into the best versions of ourselves. My style is relaxed and honest in order to allow genuine interactions that open opportunities for healing and growth. Through the use of psychoeducation, creativity, skill-building, laughter and self-exploration I strive to help you identify your goals and ways you can grow through challenges.
