GIT's restorative yoga class, Nurture & Restore, is designed specifically for relaxation and rejuvenation. This gentle practice invites you to unwind and release the stresses of everyday life through deep, restorative poses supported by props. Each position encourages letting go to allow your body to rest and restore its natural balance. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, GIT's Nurture & Restore offers you a peaceful retreat to focus on nurturing and reconnecting with a state of tranquility. This class is held in low light with soft, gentle music playing.

Cultivate & Calm

Sow & Flow

GIT's version of a soothing yin yoga class, Cultivate & Calm will focus on deep connection between mind and body, emphasizing the power of breath as our calming force. Through gentle, sustained postures, we'll encourage the release of tension as we settle into stillness. Each inhale will empower a sense of control over mind and body, while each exhale will encourage letting go of what is no longer helpful. GIT Cultivate & Calm creates an enriching experience for new or seasoned yogis, with calming music to help every breath shift towards a deeper awareness of self.

GIT's gentle/level 1 flow class, will create an empowering environment for you to learn and practice how to harness the power of your breath to navigate the sensations within mind and body. These gentle/level 1 sequences, will help you connect each posture with your breath, encouraging mindfulness and awareness of how breath can influence your physical sensations and emotional state. GIT Sow & Flow is ideal for all levels, is accompanied by vibing, slightly upbeat music that allows you to explore the powerful effects of breath on your overall well-being.

Mommy & Me

Mommy and Me Yoga classes create a nurturing space designed to strengthen the bond between mothers and their little ones through the joy of movement and mindfulness. This unique class combines gentle yoga postures with playful interactions, creating a fun atmosphere where both moms and children can thrive. Mommy and Me Yoga will lead you and your child in age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises, and playful movements that promote strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Each class is a delightful blend of structured activities and spontaneous fun, tailored to accommodate the differing energy levels and attention spans of both moms and kids. Join us for this engaging class filled with fun, connection, and the joy of movement, where both moms and little ones leave with smiles and a sense of unity. Let's twist, laugh, and stretch our way to happier and healthier relationships! This class is available for all ages, but might be most enjoyed by 8 and under.
